The façade combines stone strips in a light brown shade with dark brown paint and anthracite metal sheet cladding.
The spatial design and layout of the villa are designed in a high standard with an emphasis on user comfort. A spacious living room dominates the layout and has direct access to the terrace, garden and a large pool. The master bedroom and children’s rooms are located in the rear section of the building. The front part, facing the driveway, includes a gym and an office. The roof is flat and slightly elevated above the living room and the office.
