This urban planning project was developed for a part of the municipality of Velke Prilepy, located north of Prague. The site itself has a total area of 19 350 square meters and is located on the outskirts of the Velke Prilepy village, near a small forest. The investor decided to build a quiet residential area there with modern, family houses.
Our concept respects the character of the countryside and builds on the proximity to the forest. New trees will be planted in the gardens, connecting the new neighbourhood to the forest and creating a pleasant and peaceful environment for its residents. The family houses are intended to be solitary or semi-detached building. They are designed as two-storey houses with gable roofs, in a minimalistic style, built of natural materials and colours. This should give the neighbourhood a coherent architectural form. The main concept emphasizes comfort and privacy and applies the principle of quality over quantity.
