The NN Life Insurance Company is located in the Zlaty Andel building in Prague’s Smichov District which was designed by the world-renowned architect Jean Nouvel. Our project involved a complete re-design of an older office interior that no longer met the increasing demands of a modern company.
The main change was transformation of a large atrium in the middle of the office building. It is now brighter, with better accessibility, and more pleasant atmosphere thanks to the newly introduced plants, light colours on furniture and accessories, and use of fabrics and carpets. It offers an ideal place for a client area and at the same time a convenient place to observe the life of the whole company. We designed the entire interior in subtle and neutral tones combined with the firm’s orange colour. We also incorporated the orange shade into several details in the interior, mostly in form of decorations or various accents and shades on the furniture. On the seventh floor, we created a collaboration zone with enough space to relax and enjoy the prime views over the city of Prague.
