The project brief was to reconstruct an old and no longer suitable kitchen in a smaller apartment where a married couple lives. The clients’ wish was to create an open L-shaped kitchen in an elegant style.
Given the smaller space, we chose the cream, off-white shade as the main colour, which helps to brighten the interior. We added a bit of contrast in the form of black stone on the work surfaces and also on the upper shelves. The shelves are illuminated from the inside by an LED strip that shines through the frosted glass doors, creating an interesting effect. We complemented the kitchen with a simple circular dining table with a dark glass top and retro chairs in leather upholstery.
